Champagne Thierry Collin Père et Fils is a family rooted in LUDES for 4 generations Roland COLLIN was the first to work the Jupin family vines in the 1940s-1950s.
Roland is very involved in community life, the cooperative and the town hall.
The COLLIN family belongs to the history of the village's wine cooperative, in order to pool resources.
Even today, the family remains very active within the cooperative.
Daniel COLLIN died in 1991, and the vineyard was divided between his two children: Catherine and Thierry.
Today, Thierry continues the family tradition by creating his own brand:

Surrounded by his wife and two sons, who represent the 4th generation of a family adventure that began over 60 years ago.

Vineyard location
The estate covers 7.5 hectares and is made up of 3 grape varieties:
Meunier (45%) and Pinot noir (35%), which bring deliciousness, complexity and structure, and 25% Chardonnay, which completes the blends with its freshness and elegance.
The estate's vines are planted mainly in the Premier Cru villages of the Montagne de Reims around Ludes, the family stronghold.
70% of the vines are planted in LUDES, VILLE-DEMANGE, SERMIERS, CHIGNY LES ROSES and VILLERS -ALLERAND.

Thierry COLLIN and his sons Adrien and Clément know the plant cycle inside out.
No insecticides have been used for many years.
Herbicides have been abandoned in over 50% of cases.
