Champagne Gardet Brut Tradition is the result of a meticulous selection of quality grapes, and is a model of non-vintage Brut.
Emblematic of Gardet's expertise, it is the one that guides the style, preserving the organoleptic memory of Gardet wines.
Liquor content: 8 g/L (crude)
Aging: In bottle on lees for at least 3 years, then a minimum of 3 months after disgorging before shipping.

Champagne Gardet Brut Tradition is "non-vintage", the House's know-how is to offer a consistent style and quality by finding the perfect balance between wines of the year and the collection of reserve wines at our disposal.
Main harvest :
About 70% of the assembly.
Reserve wines :
About 30% of the blend. These are mainly from the 3 years preceding the base harvest, but some may be older.
Optimum serving temperature: between 6 and 8°C
Robe: Honey-yellow gold.
Nose: Assertive, open. Notes of chalk, fruit and toast.
Palate: Expressive. White stone fruit, dominant freshness. Smooth and velvety from the Meuniers and straightforward from the Pinots Noirs. Minerality on the finish, well-balanced aromas, taste and length.
