Champagne Jean Dumangin Rosé Brut Héritage Premier Cru comes from the Grande Montagne de Reims terroir (Chigny-les-Roses, Ludes, Rilly-la-Montagne, Taissy, Cormontreuil).
Average age of vines: 35 years.
Vinification: Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats, with traditional manual stirring on racks.
Generous nose, with notes of peony, wild strawberry and a hint of flint.
On the palate, notes of redcurrant and candied blackcurrant combine to reveal a lively, lemony finish.
