Average age of vines: 25 years

Vinification: Alcoholic and malolactic fermentations in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, traditional manual riddling on racks.

Discreet nose with aromas of dried fruit and white flowers, revealing a beautiful minerality accompanied by hints of candied citrus.

The palate is surprisingly fresh, with notes of preserved lemon and white chalk leading to a rich, slightly peppery finish.
