A delicate, delicate nose of white fruit and fresh citrus.
On aeration, a hint of minerality (chalk) and brioche is revealed. The palate is fleshy, with a cart of white fruits (mirabelle plums) and a structured attack.
Cuvée Hommage is a gastronomic champagne with nuances, dominated by fruitiness and freshness, where tonicity rubs shoulders with roundness.

Champagne Jean Dumangin Hommage : "HOMMAGE is a Cuvée Spéciale made in memory of Jean. Fourth generation champagne producer, who passed away shortly after the 2017 harvest.
His investment in Maison Dumangin and the passing on of his know-how now enable us to produce champagnes with character, in keeping with the family tradition.
2017 was a great year for Chardonnays, Jean's favorite grape variety. The results of the first clear wine tastings carried out with our oenologist as early as February 2018 have excited us and confirmed us in the idea of creating this Cuvée Spéciale."
