Champagne Michel Tixier Coeur de Montagne Brut 1er Cru has a seductive golden yellow color. It reveals a fine, discreet effervescence and a fine cordon of bubbles.
Its powerful nose reveals aromas of candied fruit (fig, pineapple), honey and almond paste. With aeration, roasted and toasted notes emerge.
The attack on the palate is straightforward, full of maturity and finesse, with subtle mineral notes of gunflint and flint. Aromas of blackcurrant buds and licorice mingle.
Controlled dosage enhances the vinosity of this cuvée to create a concentrated, structured whole.
