5 classified as Premier Cru: Trois-Puits, Rilly-la-Montagne, Ludes, Sermiers and Chigny-les-Roses
3 classified as Grand Cru: Mailly-Champagne, Chouilly and Cramant

This maxim by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry perfectly reflects Audrey and Benoît Tixier's philosophy.
For several years now, these two lovers of the land have been taking personal steps to respect the environment.
They recover and treat wine effluent and use rainwater to maintain the flower beds.
Since January 2016, the estate has been certified HVE "High Environmental Value".
